They've been down all day due to a loss to data and are doing backups. Taking longer then expected.

Yesterday evening we added a new node to our database to improve our system stability and speed. Unfortunately, a data corruption issue occurred during that process. We are currently working to restore the data from our nightly backups. The process is taking longer than expected as we are being extra careful to avoid any data loss.
