Hi, I've been having a little difficulty customizing a certain part of my template. Here is the site I've been working on :

I'm really wanting to change the white area to a different color. I've tried all the given customizations, and have attempted to change it in CSS, but I'm having no luck. Any help/code would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
