This template is called nineAM. It is the template we are using on SnedekerDesignz.webs. It's a really cool template, and every app is styled to match it; the Blog, profiles, forums, etc. The sidebar is a little under 300px, but anything that overlaps is hidden so it doesn't look horrible.
