Posted by Simplus on September 26, 2010 at 5:43 PM

Ever wanted to create your own custom template, but you never knew what CSS exactly is -- let alone what hexadecimal color codes are for that matter? Now with the Templus Webs Template Generator, you can create your own template from scratch the easy way!

Features:
  • Easy to use inputs make sure anybody can make a template
  • All generated code is valid, which means better compatibility with all browsers
  • All templates are generated for free, no need to pay a designer to come in and code a template for you

Templus also has added a few other updates, but you can read more about that on their blog!

That is because JavaScript is not what you want.

For our generator, we used jQuery (which is actually JS) on the page to make it easier to use, but the actual logic and processing is all done with PHP :)

Maybe this is a stupid questions... but, I cannot figure out how to get rid of a border I have around my navigation links. I tried inputing a border code in the css code template area, but it didn't work. It was apart of the initial template I chose, which I completely changed, except these lines will not go away and its drinvg me crazy! please help!

On my end the generator page looks like it has a white haze over it...almost like it's dimmed out or like everything is transparent. It makes it hard to pick colors, read the text on the site, etc.

Any suggestions so I can use this without getting frustrated?
